Globalization means International unity. Language will play an importance role in bringing about unity of masses. The language of majority use will confirm position in the new world.
According to Noam Chomsky, when the world turns in to a free market. Open for all kinds of trend and the language known by the majority will be the chief language and will stay alive. In this reference it has been forecasted that during this globalization only ten languages will survive and Hindi will be one of them. Hindi speakers are present in every corner of the world hence the future of the language is bright. Hindi will be important in the age of globalization & marketization because in the coming era India will be a developed country in terms of business, trade & science. Many possibilities of future have taken birth in Hindi today.
Hindi is the second largest language spoken in the world today. Around 50 crores people can understand Hindi around the globe. Hindi has been declared as the official language in many states in India. Maximum number of newspapers read and television channels watched on this share belong to Hindi language. India is progressing as on economic superpower & in such situation the MNCs will have to accept Hindi & other Indian language so as to increase their businesses.
Keeping all these possibilities in mind and to bring the Adivasi & rural youth in the main stream, CTESs P.L. Shroff college permanently affiliated to University of Mumbai has started M.A (Hindi) from 2012-13. we are bound to produce a bright future of these young students and we take it as our duty to do so.
